Welcome Morgan Gaffney, Registered Massage Therapist

Morgan brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to care, with special interests in prenatal and postnatal massage, chronic stress, postural imbalances, overuse injuries, sprains and strains, and lymphatic drainage therapy. Her treatments combine therapeutic techniques with deep relaxation to help clients feel supported, restored, and empowered in their wellness journey.

Welcome Lizzie, Physiotherapist

We are also delighted to welcome Lizzie to the Optimum Wellness team. Lizzie brings extensive experience in Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Paediatric Physiotherapy, providing specialized care for women and children in a supportive and evidence-based environment.
